The Trust has 5 members who have strategic and ultimate control over the academy trust. They have the power to appoint and remove the directors of the trust. They do not oversee the strategic running of the trust. Each member has 20% voting rights.

The Trust has 9 Directors (or Trustees) all of whom are recorded at Companies House. They have the responsibility of the strategic running of the Trust. They hold the Executive Head Teacher and Senior Leaders of the Trust to account for the educational performance of the trust. They each have 11% voting rights. They also oversee the financial performance of the trust as 5 of the 9 Directors make up the finance committee.

Local Governing Body

Each school within the trust has its own local governing body. This committee is led by a director and has representation from the local community, the parents and the staff. They conduct monitoring at school level to ensure that the strategic vision set out by the directors is met. They report back to the directors.
