Liverpool Maritime Museum (Y4)
Year 4 enjoyed a wonderful visit to Liverpool this half term to explore the Maritime Museum with a particular focus on our topic ‘Titanic’.
We started the day by walking along the Albert Dock and imagining what life was like when the dock was active! The museum itself was next, the children were fascinated by the archive footage of the Titanic and the real life accounts of passengers who survived the ill-fated voyage. We finished the day by taking a fantastic ferry journey across the River Mersey - For some it was their first time aboard a boat!
